## Overview

The Account Calendar Settings features allow you to manage your connected profile and calendar details. You can update your profile information, choose default calendar targets for new events and bookings, rename individual calendars for easier reference, and manage your active subscription plan.

## Managing Your Account and Calendar Settings

### Managing Profile Details
You can connect and manage multiple calendar provider accounts directly from your settings. Each connected account displays its connection health and allows you to disconnect or reconnect when authentication tokens expire. 

Supported providers: `google`, `microsoft`, `apple`.

### Choosing Default Calendar Targets
New events and booking links are automatically routed to your preferred default calendar. 

1. Navigate to your calendar settings.
2. Locate the **Default calendar** selection field.
3. Choose your preferred calendar from the grouped list of connected accounts.

> [!NOTE]
> Only currently shown calendars are available for selection. If you hide a calendar from your main view, it will automatically be cleared as your default calendar target.

### Renaming Calendars
You can rename any connected calendar so it matches how you talk about it. The original provider name remains safely stored in the background.

1. Go to your calendar management settings or onboarding connection step.
2. Find the specific calendar under your connected account.
3. Open the calendar's options menu and select **Rename…**.
4. Enter your preferred name and save.

> To revert back to your provider's original name at any time, open the calendar's options menu and select **Use original name**.

### Managing Your Subscription Plan
Your subscription details, invoices, and active payment methods are managed in the billing settings area.

* **Free Plan:** View your remaining free chats using the usage meter and review available upgrades.
* **Paid Plans:** Polar checkout handles subscriptions (Monthly and Lifetime access). Once active, you can access the billing portal to update payment methods, download invoices, or cancel your subscription.

| :--- | :--- |
| **Default Calendar** | Sets the primary destination target for new scheduling links and manually created events. |
| **Calendar Names** | Overrides individual provider calendar titles with custom names for your app views and assistant. |
| **Connected Accounts** | Displays active account credentials, health status, and disconnect options. |
| **Billing Manager** | Manages subscription tiers, active payment methods, renewal dates, and invoice history. |

## Troubleshooting Connection Issues

> [!WARNING]
> If a connected account displays a warning indicator, your provider token may have expired or required permissions may have been revoked. Use the **Reconnect** option next to the account entry to re-authenticate without losing your custom calendar settings.
