## Overview

The **Scheduling Pages** feature lets you create personalized booking links so external guests can easily schedule meetings with you. It automates meeting coordination by syncing with your calendars, preventing double-booking, offering custom question forms, and managing availability rules like buffer times and advance notice windows.

When visitors visit your booking page, they pick a date and time in their own local time zone. The software automatically converts these times into your calendar's time zone, checks for conflicts across all your connected calendars, and instantly books the appointment once confirmed.

## Managing Your Booking Links

### Overview of Link Management
Your booking links dashboard is the central hub where you create, activate, or remove links. Every link you create shares a common root URL (your claimed username) followed by a custom extension (slug).

### Step 1: Claim Your Booking URL
Before creating individual booking links, you must claim a unique username (for example, `calendar0.app/book/yourname`).
1. Navigate to the **Booking links** page.
2. If your username is unclaimed, locate the **Claim your booking URL** tile.
3. Enter your preferred username and click **Claim**.

> [!WARNING]
> Changing your username later will invalidate all previously shared booking links. There are no automatic redirects for old URLs.

### Step 2: Create a New Booking Link
1. Go to the **Booking links** page and click **New link**.
2. Set a title, meeting duration, and pick the calendar where appointments should be added.
3. Configure your weekly hours, buffer times, and scheduling windows.
4. Save your new link to make it immediately live.

## Configuring Availability and Rules

### Overview of Availability Rules
You can tailor when and how guests can book meetings with you using a variety of granular settings to match your personal schedule.

### Weekly Hours and Time Zones
Under the **When** section of a link editor, you can toggle availability day-by-day and define precise operating hours.
* **Time Zone Strategy:** Availability windows are stored as wall-clock times in your link's designated time zone. Guests view and select slots in their own local time zones, and the system converts times seamlessly behind the scenes.

### Buffer Times and Notice Windows
To prevent back-to-back fatigue or last-minute surprises, you can configure protective rules on any link:
* **Break after each meeting (Buffer time):** Automatically adds buffer minutes before and after a confirmed meeting so overlapping slots cannot be booked.
* **Minimum notice:** Stops guests from booking slots that start too soon relative to the current time.
* **Bookable from / up to:** Restricts how far in advance or how soon in the future a meeting can be scheduled (expressed in days ahead).

## Embedding Booking Links on Your Website

You can embed your booking page directly into an external website so visitors can book meetings without leaving your site.

To get your embed code, click the options menu on any link row in your dashboard and select **Embed**. You can choose from three layout variants:

| Embed Variant | Description |
| :--- | :--- |
| `Inline` | Embeds the booking page directly inside your webpage layout using an auto-resizing frame. |
| `Popup` | Adds a button that opens the booking page in a centered overlay modal over your webpage. |
| `Floating button` | Places a persistent floating action button in the corner of your screen that opens the popup modal on click. |

## Managing Bookings and Guest Self-Service

### Viewing Your Bookings
All scheduled appointments appear in your **Bookings** dashboard, organized into three tabs: **Upcoming**, **Past**, and **Cancelled**. From this view, you can review guest details, check meeting statuses, or cancel upcoming appointments if necessary.

### Guest Self-Service (Rescheduling & Cancellation)
When a guest successfully books a meeting, they receive a unique management link (`/book/manage/{bookingId}?token=...`). Using this link, guests can view their meeting details, cancel appointments with optional reasons, or reschedule into new available slots without needing to contact you directly.
