Quick Start Guide

Last updated Oct 15, 2026100% grounded

Overview

Calendar0 is a unified calendar application that brings together your Google, Microsoft, and Apple calendars into a single, clean weekly view. This Quick Start Guide explains how to create your account, complete the initial onboarding steps, and set up your first schedule so you can start managing your time efficiently.

Note

Setting up Calendar0 takes about two minutes. You can use it directly in any web browser or download the desktop app for Mac, Windows, or Linux.

Creating Your Account

  1. Open Calendar0 in your web browser or launch the desktop application.
  2. Sign in using your preferred authentication method.
  3. Upon signing in, a secure profile and default preferences are automatically created for you, and a welcome email will guide you to your new schedule view.

Tip

Your calendar events stay securely with your provider (Google, Microsoft, or Apple); Calendar0 simply reads them to display your unified week and power your scheduling tools.

Completing Initial Onboarding

The Onboarding Flow

When you first sign in, Calendar0 walks you through a quick onboarding flow to configure your workspace. You can navigate through the steps or skip them to adjust later in your settings.

Step 1: Connect your calendars

Connect every calendar you use. You can link multiple accounts from supported calendar providers.

Supported providers: Google, Microsoft, Apple

Step 2: Set your week preferences

Review and confirm your week structure, including your time zone and working hours. These settings ensure that your assistant and scheduling links reflect your actual availability.

Claim your unique username to establish your personal booking page. If you have a calendar connected, Calendar0 automatically generates a default 30-minute meeting link bookable during your working hours.

Step 4: Connect your AI app (Optional)

Optionally connect Calendar0 to AI assistants (such as Claude or ChatGPT) so you can ask natural-language questions about your schedule.

Setting Up Your First Schedule

Once onboarding is complete, you can begin managing your schedule right away. The main dashboard and setup checklist help you track your progress:
