Overview
About AI Memories
The AI assistant automatically learns and remembers key details about you, such as your meeting preferences, scheduling habits, and personal routines, as you chat. This system helps the assistant provide tailored, context-aware suggestions in future conversations without needing you to repeat yourself.
You can review all the facts the assistant has saved, check when they were recorded, and instantly delete anything you want the assistant to forget.
Viewing Your Saved Memories
Your saved memories are located in your account settings.
- Open your account settings and navigate to the AI Memory section.
- Review the list of facts the assistant has stored about you, displayed from newest to oldest. Each entry shows the recorded fact and the date it was saved.
Note
If you have a large number of memories, the screen will display your most recent entries along with a total count of all saved items.
Deleting Memories
If the assistant saves something outdated, incorrect, or private that you no longer want it to remember, you can remove it immediately.
- Locate the memory you wish to remove in your AI Memory list.
- Click the Delete button (trash can icon) next to the memory.
- The item is removed instantly, and a confirmation toast message will appear to let you know it has been deleted.
Tip
Deleting a memory takes effect immediately. The assistant will no longer reference that fact in your upcoming chat conversations.
Troubleshooting and Status Messages
The memory manager handles connection states and background loading automatically:
| State | What You See | What It Means |
|---|---|---|
| Loading | Three pulsing skeleton rows | The app is fetching your latest saved memories. |
| Empty | "No memories yet" tile | The assistant hasn't saved any facts yet. You can chat with the assistant or click Ask the assistant to begin. |
| Error | Read failed notification tile | A temporary issue prevented the list from loading. Click Retry to reload your memories. |
