Managing AI Memories

Overview

About AI Memories

The AI assistant automatically learns and remembers key details about you, such as your meeting preferences, scheduling habits, and personal routines, as you chat. This system helps the assistant provide tailored, context-aware suggestions in future conversations without needing you to repeat yourself.

You can review all the facts the assistant has saved, check when they were recorded, and instantly delete anything you want the assistant to forget.

Viewing Your Saved Memories

Your saved memories are located in your account settings.

  1. Open your account settings and navigate to the AI Memory section.
  2. Review the list of facts the assistant has stored about you, displayed from newest to oldest. Each entry shows the recorded fact and the date it was saved.

Note

If you have a large number of memories, the screen will display your most recent entries along with a total count of all saved items.

Deleting Memories

If the assistant saves something outdated, incorrect, or private that you no longer want it to remember, you can remove it immediately.

  1. Locate the memory you wish to remove in your AI Memory list.
  2. Click the Delete button (trash can icon) next to the memory.
  3. The item is removed instantly, and a confirmation toast message will appear to let you know it has been deleted.

Tip

Deleting a memory takes effect immediately. The assistant will no longer reference that fact in your upcoming chat conversations.
