Overview
Scheduling pages allow you to create personalized booking links that people can use to schedule time on your calendar. You can customize link durations, define conference locations, set buffer times, configure notice periods, and embed booking widgets directly onto external websites.
Customizing Booking Durations and Time Windows
You can control how long meetings last, when guests can book them, and how much advance notice is required.
To modify your link's duration and scheduling windows:
- Go to your Booking links page and open an existing link or click New link.
- Under the Basics section, select or enter your desired Duration (supported durations:
15,30,45,60, and90minutes; custom values between5and480minutes are supported). - Under the When section, configure your availability parameters using the available options:
| Option | Description | Available / Supported Values |
|---|---|---|
| Break after each meeting | Buffer time added after each meeting | 0, 5, 10, 15, 30 minutes |
| Minimum notice | Minimum advance notice required before a booking | 0, 60, 120, 240, 1440, 2880 minutes |
| Bookable from | How soon bookings can start relative to today | 0 (Today), 1 (Tomorrow), 2, 3, 7 days ahead |
| Bookable up to | How far into the future guests can book | 7, 14, 30, 60, 90 days ahead |
Tip
Weekly working hours inherit your global preferences by default, but you can override specific days directly within each scheduling link editor.
Defining Conference Locations
Every booking link can be configured with a specific meeting location type. Depending on your connected calendar provider, you can automatically generate native conference links or provide physical and static details.
Supported location types: none, google-meet, ms-teams, custom, in-person, phone.
To set a location:
- Open your scheduling link editor and scroll to the Where section.
- Select your target destination calendar.
- Choose a Location type from the dropdown list.
- If choosing a custom link, in-person address, or phone number, fill in the corresponding details field (e.g., entering a valid
https://URL for custom links).
Warning
Dynamic conference integrations like Google Meet or Microsoft Teams require a matching calendar provider (Google Calendar for Google Meet; Microsoft calendar for Microsoft Teams). If there is a mismatch, bookings will be created without a native video link.
Embedding Widgets on Websites
You can embed your booking pages directly onto external websites using three different display formats.
Supported embed kinds: inline, popup, floating.
To get your embed code:
- Navigate to your Booking links page.
- Click the overflow menu on any link row and select Embed this link (or view the code directly inside the Share section of the link editor).
- Choose your preferred embed type using the segmented control:
- Inline: Shows the booking page directly inside the flow of your website content.
- Popup: Adds a standard button that opens the booking page in a centered overlay modal over your page.
- Floating button: Places a floating action button in the corner of your screen that opens the booking modal when clicked.
- Copy the generated HTML/JavaScript snippet and paste it into your website source code.
