Understanding Plans and Billing
The Plans and Billing page allows you to manage your subscription tier, keep track of your AI chat usage, upgrade your plan to unlock advanced features like meeting recording, and update your billing or payment details.
Depending on your current standing, you can either operate on the Free tier (which provides a set number of complimentary assistant chats) or upgrade to paid tiers to unlock unlimited chats and automated meeting notes.
Subscription Tiers and Features
The application supports three subscription states, which determine your feature availability and usage limits:

Note
Free assistant chats are only consumed when you use the AI assistant on a free plan. Once you upgrade to a paid tier (Subscription or Lifetime), chat limits are entirely removed.
Managing Your Plan and Subscription
You can view your current plan status, billing renewal dates, and payment methods at any time by navigating to Settings and selecting the Billing tab.
- Open the application and click on your user menu or navigate directly to the settings page.
- Select the Billing tab to view your active plan details.
- If you are on a paid plan, click the Manage subscription button to open the secure billing portal.
- Within the portal, you can view past invoices, update your credit card or payment method, or cancel your subscription.
Warning
If you cancel a recurring subscription, your paid benefits and grace period remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. Access will revert to the Free tier only after the period officially ends.
Upgrading Your Account
If you reach your free chat limit or want to start recording meetings, you can upgrade your plan instantly from multiple locations within the app:
- Chat Panel: When your free chats are exhausted, a dedicated upgrade prompt replaces the composer. Click Upgrade to launch the secure checkout flow.
- Settings & Billing Page: Visit Settings → Billing and click Upgrade under any of the available paid plan options.
- Pricing & Download Pages: Access public pricing overviews or onboarding flows to select either a monthly subscription or lifetime access.
Once you complete the secure payment process, the application automatically verifies your transaction via webhooks and unlocks your plan within a minute.
Monitoring AI Usage and Limits
For users operating on the Free tier, a Free Chats Meter is displayed on your billing and chat panels. This meter tracks your consumed chats against the total permitted allowance.
Tip
If you frequently collaborate across multiple calendars or rely heavily on meeting transcriptions and AI-enhanced action items, upgrading to a paid tier removes usage ceilings entirely.
