Connected AI Apps

Last updated Oct 18, 2026

Overview

Connected AI Apps allows you to link external AI applications (such as Claude or ChatGPT) to your account using the Model Context Protocol (MCP). This integration grants approved AI tools secure access to read and update your calendars, search meeting notes, and view your booking links. You can review all authorized third-party apps and revoke their access at any time from your settings.

Note

Connected AI apps require you to have at least one calendar account (such as Google or Microsoft) connected to your account so the AI has data to read and manage.

Supported AI Apps and Platforms

The software supports multiple third-party AI assistants and tools. Below is the complete list of supported AI applications:

ApplicationIdentifier / IDSupported Surfaces & Setup Method

Connecting an External AI App

Overview of Connecting Apps

You can connect external AI applications during initial onboarding or at any time through your application settings.

Connecting from Settings

  1. Open your application settings and navigate to the Connected apps section.
  2. Review the picker interface displaying the available AI applications.
  3. Click on the tile for the AI app you want to connect (for example, Claude or ChatGPT).
  4. Follow the specific app instructions displayed on screen:
    • For web directory apps, choose Connect or Add and sign in when prompted.
    • For custom MCP apps, copy the calendar0 MCP address provided by the system, paste it into your AI app's custom server configuration, and select OAuth.
  5. Approve the authorization request on the consent screen to complete the connection.

Tip

When you select an app that requires pasting an address, the system automatically copies the required calendar0 MCP address to your clipboard to make setup easier.

Managing and Revoking Third-Party Authorizations

Overview of Authorizations

You are always in control of which external applications can access your calendar data. You can view all currently active app connections and revoke access instantly if needed.

Viewing Connected Apps

  • Navigate to Settings → Connected apps to view a list of all currently authorized AI apps, including the date each connection was granted.

Revoking Access

  1. Go to Settings → Connected apps.
  2. Locate the AI app you want to disconnect in the list.
  3. Click the Disconnect button (represented by an unplug icon) next to the app's name.
  4. Confirm the revocation when prompted.

Warning

Revoking an app's access cuts it off immediately. The application will instantly lose the ability to read your calendar events, check your availability, or make updates on your behalf.
