User Account Preferences

Last updated Oct 18, 2026

Overview

Summary of User Account Preferences

The User Account Preferences feature allows you to customize how your calendar app behaves, looks, and manages your data. You can adjust your personal profile settings, manage time zones, control what the built-in AI assistant remembers about you, check keyboard shortcuts, and manage your subscription plan—all from dedicated sections within your settings.

Note

Changes made in your preferences are saved automatically as you make them, ensuring your schedule, assistant suggestions, and booking links always stay up-to-date.

Profile Settings and Time Zones

Your preferences control the time format, starting days, and working hours used across your calendar views and scheduling links.

To adjust your core profile settings and time zones:

  1. Open your user menu by clicking your avatar in the sidebar.
  2. Select Settings and navigate to the Preferences tab.
  3. Update any of the following available options:
    • Timezone: Choose your primary geographic zone so all calendar times display accurately.
    • Working hours: Set your typical daily schedule (such as 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM) to guide assistant suggestions and booking availability.
    • Time format: Toggle between a 12-hour or 24-hour clock display.
    • Week start day: Choose whether your weeks start on Monday, Sunday, or Saturday.

Tip

If you are using a booking page, remember that changing your timezone will automatically update the slots offered to visitors to match your local schedule.

AI Memory Behaviors

The assistant automatically learns important scheduling facts and personal preferences from your chats to help manage your calendar more effectively. You can review and delete these stored memories at any time.

To manage your AI memories:

  1. Click your avatar and go to Settings.
  2. Select the AI memory tab.
  3. Review the list of facts the assistant has saved from your past conversations.
  4. Click the delete icon next to any memory you want the assistant to forget.

Important

Deleting a memory takes effect immediately without asking for extra confirmation, permanently clearing that note from the assistant's context.

Keyboard Shortcuts

You can navigate the dashboard, switch calendar views, and launch commands quickly using keyboard shortcuts. Press the question mark key ? from anywhere in the dashboard to open the shortcuts menu.

Subscription Plans

You can view your current account tier, monitor remaining free chats, review invoices, or upgrade your plan from the billing section.

To manage your subscription:

  1. Open your user menu and go to Settings.
  2. Select the Billing tab.
  3. View your current plan status, payment methods, or remaining free chat meter.
  4. Click Manage subscription to open the billing portal (for active subscribers) or select a paid plan to upgrade.

Warning

Upgrading or modifying your subscription opens an external checkout flow. Once completed, allow up to a minute for your plan activation webhook to process and update your account status.
