Overview
Shareable Booking Links allow you to create public scheduling pages so that clients, colleagues, and external guests can book time directly on your connected calendars. Each link operates independently with its own customizable duration, meeting format, weekly availability hours, buffer periods, and booking notice limits.
Guests visiting your booking link select an available date and time slot according to your live calendar availability, complete any custom intake questions you require, and immediately receive a confirmed calendar invite.
Setting Up Your Booking URL
Claiming Your Booking Address
Before creating individual scheduling links, you must claim a unique booking username. Your personal booking URL forms the base address for all your individual meeting links (for example, calendar0.app/book/your-username/...).
Important
Changing your username after sharing links will break previously distributed URLs. Old links will display a "not found" error, and there are no automatic redirects.
Step-by-Step Claim Instructions
- Navigate to the Booking links page from your dashboard.
- If your account does not have a username yet, locate the Claim your booking URL form.
- Type your preferred username identifier. The system automatically validates availability as you type.
- Click Claim to lock in your address.
Creating and Configuring Booking Links
Managing Your Links
You can maintain up to 20 unique booking links per user account. Each link represents a specific event type (such as a 30-minute introductory call or a 60-minute strategy session).
How to Create a New Link
- Go to the Booking links management page.
- Click the New link action button.
- Fill out the configuration options in the editor and click save.

| Slug | The URL path suffix for this link (e.g., 30min). Must be unique to your account. | 30min |

Embedding Links on External Websites
In addition to sharing direct URLs, you can embed your booking pages directly into personal websites or blogs. Three embed variants are available via the embed code generator in your link management menu:
- Inline: Embeds the full booking interface directly inside a container element on your web page.
- Popup: Generates a button that, when clicked, opens the booking scheduler in an interactive overlay modal on top of your page.
- Floating button: Places a permanent floating action button in the bottom corner of your screen that opens the popup modal when clicked.
Managing Bookings and Self-Service Rescheduling
Once guests begin booking time slots through your links, you can track and manage reservations directly from your scheduling dashboard.
- Upcoming Bookings: View confirmed future meetings ordered chronologically by start time.
- Past Bookings: Review historical completed appointments.
- Cancelled Bookings: Track cancelled sessions along with cancellation metadata.
Guests receive a secure management link in their confirmation emails, enabling them to self-service reschedule or cancel appointments without contacting you directly. If a booking is cancelled, the reserved slot is automatically released back into your availability window, and the underlying calendar event is updated.
