Understanding Account Preferences
Account Preferences let you customize how the application interprets time, schedules, and your working schedule. By setting your preferences correctly, you ensure that booking links, calendar grids, and AI assistant suggestions match your daily routine and local time.

Changes made in your account preferences save automatically as you make them.
Customizing Timezone and Clock Settings
You can adjust your local timezone and time format to control how dates and times display throughout your calendar.
- Navigate to your app Settings.
- Select the Preferences tab.
- Use the Timezone field to search for and select your local region or city.
- Choose your preferred time format from the Time Format dropdown.
Supported time formats:
12h(12-hour clock with AM/PM)24h(24-hour clock format)
Setting Working Hours
Working hours determine when new booking links start and guide the AI assistant when suggesting focus blocks or meeting times.
- Navigate to Settings and choose Preferences.
- Locate the Working hours section.
- Select your preferred start hour and end hour using the dropdown selectors.
Tip
You can pick standard presets like 9 to 5 or 8 to 6, or customize individual start and end times to fit your exact availability.
Configuring Week Starts
You can choose which day of the week your calendar grid and weekly views begin on.
- Go to Settings > Preferences.
- Locate the Week starts on setting.
- Select your preferred starting day from the available options.
Supported week start days:
monday(Day index 1)sunday(Day index 0)saturday(Day index 6)
Managing AI Memory Retention and Assistant Context
The AI assistant utilizes built-in memory features (such as searching saved contextual user facts from memory storage) to provide relevant suggestions and summarize schedules.
- System Context: The assistant automatically incorporates your saved timezone, working hours, and week start configuration into every system message so it understands your schedule bounds.
- Memory Retention: The assistant checks for relevant user memories during chat interactions to personalize responses based on your preferences.
Notification Preferences
To stay informed of schedule changes and updates, ensure your connected accounts are actively monitored and healthy.
- Account Health Monitoring: The application regularly verifies that your connected calendar provider tokens are valid. If an account requires re-authentication, a prompt will appear in Settings > Accounts indicating that the account needs reconnecting.
