Quick Start

Last updated Oct 19, 2026

Overview

Calendar0 brings all your calendars into one unified week view, lets you book meetings with a single link, and records your calls without adding a bot. Getting started takes about two minutes. You can sign up directly in any web browser without installing anything, or download the desktop app for Mac, Windows, and Linux to access your schedule from your menu bar or taskbar with a keyboard shortcut.

Supported calendar providers: Google (including Google Workspace), Microsoft (Outlook and Microsoft 365), and Apple (iCloud).

1. Sign Up and Create Your Account

You can start using Calendar0 right away in your web browser or by installing the desktop app.

  1. Open Calendar0 in your web browser or launch the downloaded desktop app.
  2. Sign in or create your account using your preferred credentials.
  3. Once signed in, you will be guided through a short setup process to connect your calendars and configure your preferences.

Note

Google and Microsoft sign you in directly so Calendar0 never sees those passwords. Apple accounts connect securely using an app-specific password.

2. Complete the Onboarding Checklist

The interactive setup checklist helps you configure your workspace step by step. You can track your progress directly from your dashboard sidebar.

The setup progress tracks the following items:

  • Connect a calendar: Link at least one calendar provider.
  • Get the desktop app: Install the application for quick menu bar access and call recording.
  • Share your booking link: Claim your username and generate your first public booking link.
  • Ask the assistant: Test out the AI assistant by asking a scheduling question.
  • Capture a meeting: Record your first call or meeting to generate notes and transcripts.

Tip

You can dismiss the setup checklist at any time using the close button on the checklist widget, but completing the steps ensures you get the most out of Calendar0.

3. Set Up Your First Calendar

After creating your account, you will connect your existing calendar accounts so they appear together in your weekly view.

  1. During onboarding (or from the calendar settings), select your calendar provider from the list of supported options.
  2. Follow the secure authentication prompt to link your account.
  3. Once connected, Calendar0 automatically discovers your calendars. You can optionally rename your individual calendars so they match how you talk about them (for example, renaming a generic provider name to "Work" or "Personal").
  4. Use the checkboxes in your calendar sidebar to choose which specific calendars are shown or hidden in your week view.

Supported calendar provider options:

  • Google
  • Microsoft
  • Apple
