Calendar and Events

Last updated Oct 19, 2026

Overview

The Calendar and Events feature helps you manage your schedule, view upcoming appointments across multiple connected accounts, and organize your time effectively. You can switch between different calendar views, navigate through dates, and create or edit events seamlessly.

Viewing Your Schedule

View Modes

The calendar provides three primary view modes to help you inspect your schedule: Day, Week, and Month.

  • Day View: Focuses on a single 24-hour vertical timeline, ideal for dense daily schedules.
  • Week View: Displays a rolling 7-day window starting from your selected date, showing time slots and overlapping meetings side by side.
  • Month View: Gives you a high-level monthly grid highlighting your schedule density and event distribution.

You can easily move forward and backward through time using the toolbar controls or keyboard shortcuts:

Creating and Editing Calendar Events

Creating an Event

  1. Click the New button in the top toolbar (or press c on your keyboard) to open the event creation dialog.
  2. Select the target calendar where the event should be saved.
  3. Enter a title, choose a start and end time (or toggle All day for multi-day events or time-off), and specify a location or description if needed.
  4. Save the event to instantly update your schedule.

Note

When you have multiple accounts connected, new events will be created on your default calendar unless you specifically select a different calendar from the dropdown list.

Editing or Deleting Events

  • Click on any event in your calendar grid to open its details panel.
  • Modify the title, time, date, or other attributes directly within the panel; changes save automatically when you finish editing.
  • To delete an event, open the event details, click the action menu (...), and select Delete.
